Refund policy

At Crescent Clear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund due to health and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at crescentclearinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
